Our state of the art pre-press department revolves around Heidelberg’s Prinect Printready software and Topsetter plate making equipment. Our continual investment in technology allows us to produce plates for printing in less than half the time of traditional film and manual plate planning. The inclusion of CIP3 technology in the workflow and careful calibration allows colour settings to be carried from the digital file through to digital proofs and ultimately the press for accurate colour reproduction.
Our modern fleet of presses enable us to carry out a wide range and variety of printed matter. Two colour presses enable us to print business stationery, single colour journal reprints, newsletters, invoice books. Five colour B3 press allows for fast turnaround short run full colour leaflets, marketing material, booklets and book covers.

Fulfilment and mailing is another service we provide to ease the strain when producing your job. We can mailmerge your database of addresses onto carrier sheets / labels, collate, insert by machine or hand into polythene bags or envelopes.

Following our initial audit report carried out by Envision in July 2006, we have been developing and implementing an EMS (Environmental Management System). This will aid us at St. Austell Printing Company to set and achieve measurable targets for key performance criteria.
To enable us to create an EMS we have set out objectives, indicators and targets. Since most of the objectives started in January 2007, the targets cannot be measured until January 2008.
