We have a team of account managers at SAPC who are here to make it quick and easy for you to order print from us and ensure we continue to do a great job.
As well as providing prices, updates on the progress of your job, and technical advice, your account manager’s job is to ensure you’re always happy and satisfied with our service and your print.
When you first set up an account with us, we can arrange a visit to our print factory in Cornwall for you to meet the team and take a tour of our facility. We’re keen to meet our new customers and like to show you where and how we produce your print, so you can see for yourselves what we put into it.
Account managers are here to produce your print, on time, on budget by being flexible and tailoring the process to get it just right for you. They’re available to speak to you and reply to your emails – there’s no robotic automated responses here. They even have their own direct lines for you to get through to them directly.
If you want to chat face to face, then that’s great too. You can come in and meet your account manager when you need to for those times when a phone call doesn’t quite cut it.
Receiving your feedback is essential if we’re to continue providing an excellent service – it’s a key part of managing your account with us. And although we love hearing the good stuff, hearing suggestions about how we can improve things to make your life even easier is even more valuable.
