SAPC offers support to Grenfell Tower appeal

Back in June, we all watched the harrowing footage of the Grenfell Tower fire in London. In the months since, we’ve heard stories of loss and sadness teamed with tales of heroism from both members of the public and the emergency services.

‘Cornwall hugs Grenfell’ is an appeal that was set up to gather pledges from accommodation providers and businesses in Cornwall the enable Grenfell Tower survivors and firefighters the hope of a holiday in Cornwall.

Dozens of local businesses have got involved, and St Austell Printing Company were approached by organiser Esmé Page, asking if we could assist.

“We were asked if we could print some greetings cards featuring the appeal logo.” said Matt Bunt, Marketing and Communications Manager at St Austell Printing Company.

“These are going to be given to each family with a personal welcome message, and also used by the appeal to thank the supporters.

“We were very happy to donate these, and proud to be one of the local businesses that shows what a caring place Cornwall is.”
